Reporting

Reporting of issues in axe Auditor can be accomplished using two methods:

• Online Executive Reports within axe Auditor
• Importing issues into the included axe Auditor Executive Report v2.8.xlsm - a macro-enabled Microsoft Excel spreadsheet workbook, sometimes also referred to simply as the "report template."

Purpose

The purpose of the Executive Report is to:

• Enhance the efficiency, consistency and thoroughness of the manual assessment process for the assessor
• Generate an easily digestible and comprehensive overview of the assessment results for executive management
• Provide information to help program management scope and prioritize the remediation effort
• Produce a detailed, actionable list of accessibility issues to help developers remediate them
• Proof of testing completion
• Conformance compliance reporting/responses to audit requests
