Reversing Completion
Reversing completion involves navigating to a checkpoint screen for a page under test that has already been marked with a result (either Pass, Fail, or N/A), and then mark it as No Result. This essentially returns the checkpoint to its original state prior to a result being assigned. When you want to mark a previously-passed checkpoint as a Fail, you must first add an issue, and adding an issue is not possible when it is already marked as Pass.
To reverse completion of a checkpoint for a page under test:
- On a Passed Checkpoint screen, click the No Result button.
