As an axe Auditor customer, you have access to various forms of support. Click the **Need Help? **link at the top of your dashboard screen to access online help and the support portal.
The support portal features a comprehensive Knowledge Base with articles on common scenarios and best practices for our products. Use your existing login credentials to access the Knowledge Base. If you encounter an issue, you can also create a ticket in the support portal.
For your convenience, multiple contact methods are available, including forms, email, and phone.
