Rule
If the accessibility checking functionality of an authoring tool can detect that content does not meet a requirement of clauses 9 (Web) or 10 (Non-web documents) as applicable, then the authoring tool MUST provide repair suggestion(s).
Background
When accessibility checkers provide suggestions to help resolve the issues it finds, people without expert knowledge of accessibility are more likely to resolve the issue successfully.
How to Fix
For each accessibility issue flagged by the accessibility checker, provide suggestions to help resolve the issue.
