Support Service product docs fail WCAG
Product documentation provided via Support Services MUST be made available in at least one of the following electronic formats: a Web page or a downloadable document (e.g. PDF) that conforms to WCAG 2.1.
When product documentation does not meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements, it may be inaccessible to some people.
To fix this issue, ensure that electronic product documentation provided by Support Services, including web content and downloadable documents such as PDF, meets all WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements.
