When support documentation is only provided in non-electronic formats, alternate formats usable by individuals with disabilities MUST be provided upon request.

Background

When product documentation is only provided in non-electronic format (e.g. paper user manual) it is not accessible to people with vision disabilities. Providing alternative formats that are accessible to people who cannot read the non-electronic format (such as: braille, large print, or audio files) enables them to access the content.
