Resetting Your Password

Resetting your password involves clicking a link on the Sign In page to receive an email with a temporary password, then clicking a link from that email to reset your password.

To reset your password:

1. Click the Forgot your password? link under the Email address field on the Axe Monitor Sign in page.

   

2. Enter your Email address and then click the RESET PASSWORD button.

   

   The page is refreshed to display a notification that a verification email has been sent to the address provided.

   

   A temporary link is emailed to the email address associated with your account with the Subject field populated with 'Reset password'. You can then click the link from the body of the email to navigate to a form that allows you to specify a new password.

   You have 5 minutes to click the password reset email link before it expires.

3. From the password reset email, click the reset password link.

   

   The "Update password" page appears.

4. Enter your New Password and then Confirm Password again in the fields provided, then click the SUBMIT button.

   

Follow the normal process for Signing in to axe Monitor.
