User Access Control for Test Cases and Test Runs
Axe Auditor now includes User Access Control, allowing organizations to manage visibility of test cases and test runs at the user level. This helps maintain confidentiality across projects.
Key Highlights
Access Types:
- Public: Visible to all users across the instance.
- Private: Visible only users explicitly associated with the test case.
User Roles:
- Tester: Can view all the test cases and associated test runs, and perform testing activities.
- Private: Can add new users and assign relevant test cases and test runs, edit and duplicate them and also remove the added users, if required.
Folder Behavior:
- Authorised users can view only the test cases within a folder for which they have access permission.
- If no accessible test cases exist in a folder, then it appears empty to the user.
Admins have the full visibility and control regardless of access settings.
This feature is configurable using the Admin Settings page. Once enabled, the access options appear when creating new Test Cases.

Bug Fixes
- Some texts, such as "Test Case" and "Test Run" are not properly translated to Spanish, French, Italian, and German languages. All those issues have been corrected.
- Addressed accessibility and security issues across the application.
Infrastructure Upgrade
- Deque Way version upgraded to 3.20.0
Known Issues
- When a user copies an issue and changes the screenshot name in the copied issue, the screenshot name in the original issue is also incorrectly updated.
- The filter function fails to work on the Checkpoint tab for flagged issues.
- Performing automated testing on a component inside an iFrame triggers an error displays a persistent loading icon.
- The Accessibility Conformance chart fails to generate results for test runs using the ACAA testing standard and Mobile Web as the digital asset type.
