The VPAT report allows you to review and update report information, including the product name, document version, report dates, product description, contact information, and notes. The report must pass before publication. At each stage, reviewers can either approve the report and move it to the next stage or request changes. When requesting changes, reviewers add comments to explain what needs to be updated.

For example:

  • If a reviewer determines that a conformance level is incorrect, they can change it from Partially Supports to Not Applicable and add a comment explaining the reason for the change.

  • Reviewers can add comments in the Remarks and Explanations section. Any updates to the remarks or explanations are included in the published VPAT report.
