Access Management Overview
Client administrators can use Access Management to control which users can access their client and the audits they need. This allows your organization to manage user access directly without contacting Deque.
When a customer administrator invites a user, they select the audits (test cases) that the user can access. The user receives an email to activate their axe Account and appears as Pending until they activate their account. For example, if a user needs to work on only two audits, you can give them access to those audits without providing access to other audits in the client.
You can also view and manage a user's access and remove their access when they no longer need to access your client. Removing a user's access from one client does not affect their access to another client.
Customer administrators can view all public audits associated with their client without individual access grants. This access is read-only and does not include private audits.
A customer administrator can manage users and access only within their own client. They can't invite users or manage access for another client.
