Give Teams Access to Scans
Navigation: From the main axe Monitor page >> Select Admin >> Select Team Access.
Teams are groups of users defined in axe Account by Monitor admins. Teams allow for streamlined assignment of roles and responsibilities to axe Monitor users. Each team can be assigned to specific scans or scan groups in axe Monitor. Then, each team can be provisioned for a role – Scan Admin, Member, or Viewer. These roles define the level of access and permissions for each team.

To give a single team access to scans or scan groups, use the inline Assign Scans link.
To give multiple teams access to a scan or scan group at once, select multiple teams, and select the Assign Scans to Multiple Teams button.

On the Manage Access for Teams page, select the scan or scan group you want them to access from the dropdown menu. Next, choose the role from the dropdown menu to define the teams’ permissions. By default, the role is set to Scan Member. Select Next.

Review the changes, and select Save.
Note: To cancel and exit without saving the changes, use the Cancel and exit link.
