Features
- Allow enterprises to choose who has access to shared reports. Available options are:
- only users logged in to enterprise (default/recommended for enhanced security)
- anyone with the link
If you are part of an enterprise and wish to change the access of your org's shared reports from the secure "only users logged in to enterprise" to "anyone with a link", contact us at helpdesk@deque.com to coordinate this update.
note
For enterprises, by default, only logged in users to enterprise have access to shared reports. This will be the case unless enterprises explicitly choose to turn this enhanced security off and opt to allow anyone with the link to access the reports.
